• Presentation files — PDF or PPTX files you upload for analysis or style transformation. These are processed in real time and are not retained on our servers after your session ends.
• User-entered text — Context descriptions, focus area selections, and any other text you type into the Service during a session.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data — Standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is collected by Vercel (our hosting provider) in the ordinary course of infrastructure operation.
• Cookies and local storage — We use minimal functional cookies to support site operation. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Transmit your uploaded files and text inputs to Anthropic's API to generate AI-powered output.
• Monitor and ensure the technical security and integrity of the Service.
• Diagnose and fix technical errors and performance issues.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your uploaded files to train AI models. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We strongly recommend that you do not upload files containing highly sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, financial account numbers, government identification numbers) unless you are comfortable with those files being processed by Anthropic's AI systems under Anthropic's terms.

We do not store uploaded presentation files beyond the duration of a processing request. Standard web server logs generated by Vercel may be retained for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised in accordance with Vercel's data retention practices.

If you create an account, your account data (email address, subscription status, usage counts) is retained by Clerk for as long as your account exists. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at jacobpazhoor@corepointaisolutions.com. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information transmitted through the Service, including TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control.
